Gerard Magellan Broussard Jr.

Brother Gerard Broussard was initiated into Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. through the Psi Chapter at Morehouse College in Spring 1999 and is honored to be a Life Member of the fraternity. For more than twenty-five years, his career has focused on leadership, education, and international business throughout the United States and Asia, with a passion for developing people, building organizations, and fostering cross-cultural collaboration.

Since 2019, Brother Broussard has served as a Manager and Lead Instructor with Baiden Foreign Language Training School in Beijing, where he helped establish and expand the organization's online education division during the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, the program serves more than 5,000 students while supporting the professional development of hundreds of international educators. Through his work, he has promoted educational excellence while strengthening cultural understanding between China and the international community.

In addition to his work in education, Brother Broussard is the Founder and CEO of Smarter Not Harder Solutions (SNHS), an international consulting firm based in Thailand that helps entrepreneurs and organizations establish, expand, and grow their businesses throughout Southeast Asia. His expertise includes market entry strategy, business development, operational excellence, project leadership, and building long-term strategic partnerships.

Throughout his Omega journey, Brother Broussard has remained committed to servant leadership. As an undergraduate, he served as President of Psi Chapter at Morehouse College. Today, he proudly serves as the Keeper of Records and Seal for Chi Mu Nu Chapter, helping preserve the chapter's history while supporting the continued growth and legacy of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. throughout China.

Guided by the Cardinal Principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift, Brother Broussard is dedicated to building bridges between cultures, developing future leaders, and creating opportunities that positively impact communities across the globe.
