We are the China chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., a nonprofit based in Shanghai. We focus on leadership development, youth mentorship, community service, scholarship support, cultural engagement, and charitable outreach across China and Asia.

Our programs are open to everyone aged 16 and older, from all genders, nationalities, and backgrounds — students, young professionals, families, the African diaspora, and international residents across Asia. While Omega Psi Phi is a historically Black fraternity, our community work welcomes anyone who shares our values of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift.

We offer structured mentorship, leadership seminars, and educational workshops, along with youth volunteer opportunities. These help young people build communication, teamwork, and resilience, and grow academically, professionally, and personally.
