Dr. Cody Harden

Brother Cody Harden was initiated into Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. in 2012 through Lambda Tau, in Brunswick Georgia. He is currently serving the Chi Mu Nu chapter as Basileus, Dr. Cody Harden, a Native American (Concow Maidu) and an Alabama State University alumnus. Dr. Harden holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master of Psychology focused on Leadership from Penn State University, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation from Purdue University. His academic and executive leadership experience drives his work developing leaders, building organizations, and creating community opportunities.

Dr. Harden moved to China in 2019 to teach English, which sparked his interest in cross-cultural leadership and international business. He founded CodiaQ Consulting to help organizations establish manufacturing partnerships, enter new markets, and improve operations between Asia and the United States. Additionally, he founded Bear Mart, a convenience store chain serving local communities, which was later sold strategically. Dr. Harden continues to advise companies worldwide on leadership consulting, international sourcing, business development, and market expansion.
