Aaron Springs III

Brother Aaron Springs III crossed into Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. through the Delta Gamma Chapter in Spring 2010. After spending three years living in the United Arab Emirates, he developed a passion for experiencing different cultures and broadening his global perspective. He believes that immersing oneself in other countries fosters personal growth, cultural understanding, and a deeper appreciation for the diversity of the world.

Professionally, Brother Springs is an International Financial Advisor specializing in financial planning, retirement strategies, and international property investments. He serves clients throughout mainland China and across Asia, helping individuals and families build long-term financial security. In addition to his financial career, he is dedicated to mentoring young athletes as a basketball coach at Nanjing International Schooland an American football coach with the Nanjing Conquerors, combining his passion for leadership, athletics, and community.
